1. Definitions & Scope

• Rapheal Lifestyle offers fashion apparel, luxury lifestyle goods, and accessories (the “Products”) via the Website and manages logistics, customer support, returns, and exchanges.
• Untold organizes the UNTOLD Dubai Festival (the “Event”) and offers festival ticketing, event-related add-ons, and services.
• Products may include standard merchandise and Event Products (tickets, vouchers, add-ons) when offered in partnership with Untold.
• User Content, Account, and Services have the meanings defined in Rapheal’s baseline Terms.
• These Terms supplement Rapheal’s baseline Terms. Where Event Products are involved, Untold’s General Terms & Conditions (as published on untold.ae) also apply, to the extent consistent with these Terms.

2. User Conduct & Content

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Website.
• The Website may allow users to submit reviews or feedback (“User Content”). By submitting such content, you grant Rapheal Lifestyle a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.
• For Event Products or participation, you must comply with Untold’s event rules, security requirements, age restrictions, and code of conduct.

3. Account & User Eligibility

You may register for a password-secured account or check out as a guest. Registration is open to individuals aged 21 years or above. If you are under 21, use of the Website is permitted only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

4. Services, Ordering, Pricing & Payment

Services Include:

• Access to browse and purchase Products via the Website
• Delivery coordination or in-store pickup
• Customer support via support@raphealvogue.com

Payments are processed securely via Network International Gateway and may include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other supported payment methods.

Event Products (In Partnership with Untold)

• Event Products are subject to Untold’s General Terms & Conditions, including festival rules, entry requirements, and ticket definitions.
• Event Products may be non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the Event is canceled or postponed under specific conditions.
• Untold may modify event lineups, artists, or schedules without liability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Rapheal Lifestyle offers store pickup or door-to-door delivery via third-party logistics partners. Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery.

Delivery or collection of Event Products follows Untold’s rules as per their GTC.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Standard Products

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days for damage or size issues. No refunds are issued once an order is accepted.

• Items must be in mint condition
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Items must show no signs of wear or hygiene issues

Event Products

Event Products are non-refundable and non-cancellable except as stated in Untold’s policies.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

For Event Products, you consent to video surveillance and data processing by Untold and its partners in accordance with applicable laws.

Data shared between Rapheal Lifestyle and Untold is limited to what is necessary for processing co-branded orders or services and handled per each party’s privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapheal Lifestyle and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify Rapheal Lifestyle and Untold for breaches of event rules, Untold’s GTC, or misconduct during events.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Rapheal Vogue Lifestyle Trading LLC or its licensors.

All UNTOLD trademarks and branding remain the exclusive property of UNTOLD EVENTS L.L.C.

11. Event / UNTOLD Collaboration Provisions

• Tickets may be exchanged for non-transferable entry bracelets
• Attendees must comply with prohibited items and conduct rules
• Untold may use bracelet-based cashless payment systems

12. Marketing Communications

By registering or providing contact details, you consent to receive marketing communications from Rapheal Lifestyle and co-branded communications with Untold.

13. General Terms

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
• Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts
• Rapheal Lifestyle may suspend or terminate access and is not liable for force majeure events
